The Danfoss Editron Electric motors are based on the ‘Synchronous reluctance assisted permanent magnet’ (SRPM) or ‘Permanent magnet synchronous machine’ (PMSM) technology.
The Electric motors are liquid cooled and designed to operate in harsh operating environments. The motors are both suitable as generator and motor.
Compared to conventional technologies, electric SRPM and PMSM motors offer smaller dimensions, lighter weight and higher efficiency.

- From 12 to 896 kW
- From 109 to 4522 Nm
- From 600 to 9200 nominal rpm
- From 75 to 950 kg
All motors belong to enclosure class IP65 (IP67 option).
