What you will be doing
As a Senior Workshop Technician, you are a key member of our organisation. You perform overhauls, repairs and fault analyses on hydraulic systems, cylinders, gearboxes and complete drive systems. You work precisely, make accurate diagnoses and ensure every installation leaves our workshop in optimal condition.
In your role as Lead Technician, you guide and support fellow technicians, allocate tasks and monitor progress and quality. You actively share your knowledge and help the team grow. Most of your work takes place in our modern, clean workshop, with occasional inspections or assembly work at customer sites.
The work is technically challenging, varied and hands‑on. You are the technical backbone of the team: experienced, meticulous and solution‑oriented.
What you are familiar with
You know your way around the following:
- Diagnosing, repairing and overhauling hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Hydraulics, gearboxes and drive technology
- Fault analysis (mechanical and electrical)
- Reading technical schematics and performing tests
- Coordinating, supporting and coaching fellow workshop technicians
- Handling technically and physically demanding tasks
You bring:
- Extensive experience in technical work
- In‑depth knowledge of mechanics and drive systems
- Experience with hydraulics, gearboxes and industrial systems and/or an electrical background with experience in troubleshooting is a plus
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others
- A solution‑oriented mindset and hands‑on work approach
