What will you do?
As a Financial Administrator, you ensure that our financial administration runs smoothly and accurately. Together with your colleagues, you form an important link within the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Processing bank transactions
- Preparing VAT returns
- Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
- Supporting month-end and year-end closings
- Preparing and supporting financial reports
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
You recognize where things can be done smarter, more efficiently, or better — and with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas.
Who are you?
You are someone who maintains oversight, works accurately, and gains energy from a well-organized administration. In addition, you are social, approachable, and enjoy working together.
You also have:
- An MBO or HBO degree in a financial field
- Experience in a similar position
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
