Within Hydrauvision, we are looking for a practical and independent Facilities Employee. A true all-rounder who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and gets energy from building, improving, and solving problems. One day you may be helping with the setup of a new branch location or carrying out painting work and maintenance, while the next day you are busy with small technical jobs.
No two days are the same.
What will you do?
As a Facilities Employee, you ensure that our locations are neat, safe, and well maintained. You will mainly work from Schoondijke, but you will also regularly be present at various Hydrauvision locations, where you support a wide range of facility-related activities, both indoors and outdoors. These include:
- Small renovations and maintenance work
- Painting and refurbishing spaces
- General repair and assembly work
- Assisting with the setup of new branch locations
- Work related to electrical systems and technical installations
- Maintenance on and around our premises and buildings
- Identifying and solving practical issues
You will work in a small team under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, but you are also capable of working independently.
Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys being hands-on and gets satisfaction from visible results. You think practically, notice what needs to be done, and take initiative. In addition:
- You are practical and technically minded
- You have experience with repairs, maintenance, or facility work
- You have knowledge of areas such as electrical work, construction, or engineering
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- You are flexible and willing to work at different locations
- You have a hands-on mentality
- A forklift certificate is a plus (or you are willing to obtain one)
- You hold a category B driving licence
