Fundex Equipment is a specialist in foundation engineering equipment. For decades, we have been designing, manufacturing, maintaining and refurbishing high-quality foundation machines that are used on challenging construction projects all over the world.
From our headquarters in Middelburg, the Netherlands, our dedicated team works every day on innovative solutions and reliable equipment for customers worldwide. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Support Representative (Internal Sales) to strengthen our team.
What will you do?
As a Technical Sales Support Representative, you are the link between our customers, suppliers and internal departments. You advise customers on spare parts and technical solutions, prepare quotations and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
No two days are the same. One moment you’re helping a customer who urgently needs a spare part to get a machine back into operation, and the next you’re preparing a detailed quotation, coordinating delivery times with suppliers or identifying the best technical solution for a customer’s challenge. Together with your colleagues, you ensure our customers receive fast, professional and reliable support.
Your responsibilities
- Advise customers on spare parts and technical solutions.
- Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor delivery times and keep customers informed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer service.
What do you bring?
You enjoy combining technical knowledge with commercial insight. You are customer-focused, accurate and solution-oriented.
In addition, you have:
- An MBO-level vocational education, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in an internal sales, technical sales support or similar technical position.
- Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
- Experience working with an ERP system (knowledge of ISAH is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
