What you will do
The Hydrauvision Group is growing rapidly, and that calls for a future-proof IT environment. As a System Administrator, you play a key role in advising on, shaping, and managing our IT infrastructure. You enjoy diving into technical challenges and translating them into practical and secure solutions for the entire organization.
You will work closely with an enthusiastic IT team. Together, you ensure that systems are always up and running, employees receive optimal support, and the organization is prepared for the future. Your main responsibilities include:
- Proactive management and troubleshooting: Preventing disruptions and resolving issues quickly;
- Policy development & project work: Contributing to IT policy and helping to carry projects from start to finish;
- Daily support: Providing support and answering a wide range of IT questions from users;
- Security & continuity: Implementing secure solutions and monitoring our systems;
- Communication: Delivering clear updates via our intranet and serving as the point of contact for IT matters.
You continuously switch between ad hoc requests and long-term projects. You know better than anyone how to prioritize and stay calm under pressure.
What you excel at
- Configuration management
- Server administration and virtualization
- IT security and policy
- Microsoft 365 & cloud services
- LAN & WAN networking
- Backup management (Veeam)
- MDM solutions
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a plus
You also bring
- A completed bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- A solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
