What you will do

Do you ensure that 250 colleagues can always work without any issues? As a Helpdesk Support Specialist at Hydrauvision, you play an important role in our IT support. Thanks to the company’s growth, we are constantly implementing improvements and innovations. As a workplace specialist, you listen carefully to employees and provide the right solutions to their questions. We manage over 250 workstations across our various locations.

You will join a team of eager and motivated IT professionals. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the continuity of the organization. You manage the service desk, providing support to employees of Hydrauvision, Technotron, and Fundex Equipment.

As you can see, strong communication skills are essential. Employees come to you with a wide range of IT questions.

You make sure new colleagues can get started right away: you install workstations, order hardware, and configure laptops. This also includes modifying existing workstations.

It’s important that you can switch smoothly between different tasks. You deal with project deadlines while simultaneously supporting employees. You excel at prioritizing your tasks so that expectations are clear and everything runs smoothly.

What you excel at

  • IT support for employees, 1st and 2nd line support
  • Managing requests (tickets)
  • Microsoft 365 applications
  • Mobile device management (MDM)
  • Windows 11

You also bring

  • At least MBO Level 4 qualification with work experience
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Windows 11
  • Experience with server or network management is definitely helpful for incident analysis
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a plus
