To support the continued development of our products, systems, and solutions, we are looking for an Industrial Designer. A creative technical professional who can transform ideas into smart, practical, and future-proof designs.
What will you do?
As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of hydraulic systems, components, and technical products. You will translate customer requirements, market developments, and technical specifications into innovative designs that work in practice.
You will work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Systems, Electrics, Services, and Production. From the initial concept to final implementation, you will play an important role throughout the entire development process.
Your responsibilities
- Develop innovative product and system concepts;
- Design and detail technical solutions using 3D CAD software;
- Improve existing products and systems in terms of functionality, safety, and user experience;
- Translate customer needs into practical and manufacturable designs;
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities;
- Prepare design documentation and presentations;
- Monitor trends, innovations, and new applications within hydraulics and machine building;
- Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners.
What do you bring?
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Product Design, or a related field;
- Affinity with hydraulics, mechanical engineering, machine building, or industrial technology;
- Experience with 3D CAD software;
- Strong creative skills combined with technical insight;
- Good communication skills;
- A proactive and independent working attitude;
- Good command of the English language. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
