Your role at Hydrauvision
As an HSE (KAM) Coordinator, you play a key role in safeguarding and improving quality, working conditions, safety, and the environment (QHSE) within Hydrauvision. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our processes and activities meet client requirements as well as applicable laws and regulations.
You are (co-)responsible for initiating, coordinating, and analyzing QHSE policy. Based on risk analyses, you develop improvement plans and oversee their implementation. You report to the QHSE Manager and collaborate with location managers and safety officers.

- Monitor the quality of delivered work and the cleanliness of the workplace
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with safety regulations
- Record, analyze, and follow up on unsafe situations and incidents
- Translate lessons learned into concrete improvements within the organization
- Actively contribute to strengthening an HSE-conscious work culture
You should be willing to travel to support colleagues at other locations in matters of quality, health, safety, and environment.
Your tasks include
- Implementing and securing improvements in quality and safety
- Managing and updating the VCA and quality management system (ISO 9001)
- Keeping the ARBO-RI&E and Action Plan up to date
- Supporting and advising location managers
- Conducting workplace inspections and leading toolbox meetings
- Achieving and maintaining VCA certification and ISO 9001
Your profile
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- Diploma in Safety Engineering (or willingness to obtain)
- Affinity with safety and at least basic first aid (BHV) knowledge
- Basic VCA certification
- Preferably knowledge of VCA, ISO 9001, and relevant laws and regulations
