Your role as HR Advisor
We are looking for an HR Advisor for our main office in Schoondijke who is visible on the work floor and actively engaged with what is happening at Hydrauvision. You enjoy connecting with mechanics, engineers, and managers and like working close to people.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Advising managers on personnel matters, absenteeism, and employee employability
- Supporting and managing sickness absence, maintaining contact with employees and external parties
- Recording and monitoring HR agreements, employee files, and meeting notes
- Supporting changes within teams and divisions
- Contributing ideas for practical improvements in HR processes that work on the shop floor
You will collaborate with colleagues in HR, including recruitment, learning & development, and payroll administration, ensuring support across all locations, with Schoondijke as your base.
Who are we looking for?
You feel comfortable in a technical work environment and know how to communicate with different types of people. You are clear, approachable, and confident.
Additionally:
- You have a completed HBO degree, preferably in HR
- You work in a structured way and are careful with administration
- You can handle resistance and difficult conversations
- You ideally have prior HR experience
- You are able to conduct conversations on both practical and personal topics
- You communicate clearly, are approachable, and handle different interests with empathy and professionalism
